What you get

The Astra Pass

Turns
15. A turn is one question and one completed answer.
Expiry
None. The pass is good for as long as OpenAI serves Astra. If they retire it before you have spent your turns, we email you first and refund whatever is left.
Answers
Stream as they are written, up to about 1,800 words each.
Questions
Up to 2,000 characters each, which is a few paragraphs.
Text only
Typing and reading, nothing else. No image or file uploads, no voice, no web browsing, no running code. Astra can do some of those things in other places; this page does not offer them.
Mistakes
Free. If an answer fails or the model declines to respond, that turn is not counted.
Payment
Handled by Stripe. We never see your card. You will be asked for an email address so we can send your receipt and your link back to the conversation.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

If you already have an account and a subscription, use it. It will cost you less than this will.

This is for the other case: you read that a new model came out, you want to see what it can do, and you do not want to make an account, hand over a phone number, start a subscription, or set up an API key to find out. Fifteen good questions is usually enough to form your own opinion about a model. That is what this sells.

Nothing here renews. There is no plan to remember to cancel, because there is no plan.

Questions

Before you pay

What counts as a turn?

One question from you and one complete answer from Astra. Follow-up questions are turns too, so a fifteen-turn pass is a fifteen-exchange conversation.

Do my turns expire?

No. There is no clock on the pass. Use them tonight or next spring.

What if OpenAI retires Astra?

Then the pass ends with the model, and we will have told you well beforehand. OpenAI gives at least six months' notice before withdrawing a model. We email everyone holding unspent turns, and anything still unspent on the shutdown date is refunded automatically. You do not have to ask.

Can I keep talking after fifteen turns?

You can buy another pass. There is no discount for buying two, and no subscription.

Is my conversation private?

Your conversation is sent to OpenAI to produce the answers, and OpenAI keeps a copy for a period of their own — that is how a multi-turn conversation works at all. We store it too, so you can come back to it, and delete it within thirty days of your pass being finished. We do not sell it, train on it, or read it for analytics.

Can I upload a file or an image?

No. This is typed questions and written answers, nothing else — no attachments, no voice, no web browsing, no code running. If what you want to try is Astra reading your documents, this is not the right place to try it.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. If you can send a text message you can use this.

Which model is it exactly?

GPT-6 Astra, OpenAI's current flagship, called gpt-6-astra in their API. When OpenAI releases something newer, this page will offer that instead — and passes already bought will keep working with Astra.

Can I get a refund?

If something breaks and you have not had the answers you paid for, email us and we will refund you. If you have used your turns and simply did not like them, we will not.
